🫒 1 tbsp olive oil
🧈 1 tbsp unsalted butter
🐟 4 salmon fillets, skin removed
🧂 1 tsp salt

🥛 120 ml (1/2 cup) heavy cream

For the Buttery Rice:
🧈 1/2 tbsp unsalted butter
🍚 1 cup (200 g) long-grain rice (such as basmati or jasmine)
💧 1 1/2 cups (350 ml) water or chicken broth
🧂 1/2 tsp salt (adjust if using broth)
How to Make It
Step 1: Cook the Rice
Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the rice and toast for 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently.
Pour in the water or broth, add salt, and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before fluffing with a fork.
Step 2: Cook the Salmon
Heat olive oil and butter in a large frying pan over medium heat.
