Hello everyone! 😘 I wish you happiness and health! 🥰 Today, I’m sharing a simple yet delicious breakfast recipe that combines savory minced meat with perfectly fried eggs. It’s a hearty meal that will leave you satisfied and ready to tackle the day. Let’s get started!

Ingredients:

1/2 onion, finely chopped

1 tbsp olive oil

450 grams of minced meat

2 tomatoes, chopped

Fresh parsley, chopped

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1/4 tsp chili powder

1/4 tsp garlic powder

4 eggs

1/2 tbsp butter

Gruyère cheese (optional)

Your favorite sauce (optional)

Instructions:

1. Sauté the Onion & Cook the Meat:

Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add the finely chopped onion and sauté until softened.

Add 450 grams of minced meat and cook for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until browned.

2. Add Flavor:

Mix in the chopped tomatoes and parsley.

Season with salt, black pepper, 1/4 tsp chili powder, and 1/4 tsp garlic powder.

Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the tomatoes soften.

Once done, set the meat mixture aside.

3. Fry the Eggs:

In the same pan, melt 1/2 tbsp of butter over medium heat.

Crack 4 eggs into the pan and season with salt and black pepper.

Fry for 1-2 minutes until the whites are set but the yolks remain runny.

4. Assemble & Enjoy:

Plate the savory minced meat mixture and top with the fried eggs.

Sprinkle Gruyère cheese for extra creaminess and add your favorite sauce if desired.
