Ingredients
For the Chicken Wings:
1 lb chicken wings
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp beef tallow (or substitute with melted butter)
For the Honey Sesame Sriracha Sauce:
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp Sriracha
1 tbsp honey
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp garlic salt
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tsp sesame oil
Juice of ½ lime
Instructions
Step 1: Prep the Wings
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a large bowl, combine the wings with white vinegar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, baking powder, cornstarch, and beef tallow.
3. Mix aggressively to ensure every wing is well coated.
Step 2: Bake for Maximum Crispiness
1. Arrange the wings on a wire rack placed over a baking sheet to allow even air circulation.
2. Bake for 30 minutes, then flip and bake for another 30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
