Looking for a delicious and satisfying seafood pasta dish? This creamy salmon pasta combines tender salmon, fresh spinach, and a rich, flavorful sauce for a meal that’s both easy to make and full of flavor.

Ingredients

Salmon: 1 kg

Salt & Pepper: To taste

Onion: 1, finely chopped

Garlic: 2 cloves, minced

Lemon Juice: From 1 lemon

Pasta: 250 g (your choice of pasta)

Olive Oil: For frying

Tomato Paste: 1 tsp

Spinach: 300 g

Chicken Broth: As needed

Cream Cheese: 2 tbsp

Thyme: To taste

Sugar: To balance the flavors (optional)

Instructions

1. Preparing the Salmon

Season the salmon with salt and pepper and let it rest for 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.

2. Cooking the Salmon

Heat some olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

Fry the salmon on both sides until golden brown.

Remove the salmon from the pan and set it aside.

3. Preparing the Sauce

In the same pan, add chopped onion and minced garlic.

Sauté until fragrant and slightly golden.

Stir in 1 tsp of tomato paste and cook for a minute.

Pour in the lemon juice and let it cook over high heat for a few seconds.

Add the spinach and cook until wilted.
